We’re a network on a mission to ensure women have equal opportunity in the advertising and communications industry.
By harnessing the power of their real voices, we strive to future-proof women’s careers, spearhead industry change and pay it forward all while fostering a strong, supportive, fun and kind community.
This year’s theme is Roots That Rise.
Bloom has always been more than a network. It’s a root system.
Beneath every woman rising is a community that supported her, mentors who guided her, peers who encouraged her, and advocates who opened doors.
When those roots grow stronger, all women rise higher. Together.

We still have a way to go before women have equal opportunity in our industry let alone those women who are further marginalised by race, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation, disability, or gender identity.
To be truly equal, we need to break down the barriers in our way.
The cultural ones, the industry ones and the ones we reinforce within ourselves.
We are committed to empowering women to be whoever they want to be, to unlock their full potential, to fight for the equity they deserve.
The real voices of women can bring the change we need.
Because we believe in truth as a force for change.
The naked truth. Real stories, shared honestly, that lift us up and give us the strength and skills to overcome the challenges we face.
We call upon friends and allies who share our desire for a truly equal industry to stand by us.
Because together,we are Bloom.
#TogetherWeAreBloom
✨ BloomFest is Bloom UK's biggest event of this year. It's our chance to come together as a community to connect, share ideas, discover fresh perspectives and enjoy a brilliant evening together.
Join us on Wednesday 23 September for an evening of connection, inspiring conversations and celebration around the theme "Roots that Rise ".
This year's programme includes keynote speaker Jennie Cashman, an inspiring panel discussion with women shaping our industry, comedy from Thanyia Moore, and a DJ to close the evening.
Most importantly, every ticket helps us raise vital funds for Women's Aid, our charity partner.
A huge thank you to our Venue and Hospitality Partner, The Trade Desk and Sponsorship Partners, Publicis, StackAdapt, and Taboola whose support makes BloomFest possible.
Our latest industry research: THE JUGGLE 2026
We're partnering with PR agency Propeller Group to launch the 2026 edition of The Juggle: the UK's biggest survey of women and non-binary people working in marketing, advertising and communications.
By taking part, you'll help us build a clearer picture of what it's like to balance a career with everything else life demands. Your experiences will help shape the conversations we have with the industry and the practical resources, toolkits and support Bloom develops in response.
It only takes a few minutes to complete and we’d love to hear from you.
📣 Please share this with colleagues, clients and friends who work in the industry.
“Bloom’s research underlines the importance of the lens of intersectionality to drive both understanding and change”
