Bloom is a professional network of women with a mission to ensure EVERY woman is given equal opportunities in the advertising and communications industry. Our highly-engaged members actively spearhead industry change, future proof women’s careers and pay it forward to the next generation. 

Our membership runs annually from April to end of March, with applications officially open from February. To get on the waiting list for next year, register here.

Our membership runs annually, from April to March, and all women with 7+ years of experience in the advertising & communications industry residing in the UK are eligible to apply.
