Everyone is welcome at Bloom. We don’t judge anyone on any aspect of their identity or personality and we are mindful of how we intersect and know that diversity of thought brings much richer ideas to the table. So yes, while our member base is female, we welcome all opinions without bias.

We’re real, honest and not afraid to make ourselves vulnerable as we tackle the barriers to our success. We understand the strength in our ‘naked truths,’ and know that telling our stories, no matter how hard, will inspire others and spearhead change throughout the industry.

We are driven to create impact and inspire change. In work, outside of work, and in Bloom. Our members and leadership team are all volunteers, and our passionate members are united in the belief that we can achieve more when we come together to smash goals.

To support our values of collaboration and inclusivity, and to promote fresh thinking and ideas, we select new leaders and committee members on an annual basis - some stay in role for continuity.
