  • Anna Coscia

I’m Anna, an embodiment coach, yoga teacher, and former brand strategist with 28 years in the creative industries.

For much of my life I relied on my rational mind, doing what I thought was right rather than what felt right. Yet I always sensed a wiser, instinctive voice within me, one I had long been disconnected from.

My path back began with yoga, but the deepest transformation happened when I trained in somatic coaching. I discovered that our bodies hold the stories of who we’ve learned to be - shaped by culture, family, and expectations - and that these patterns quietly influence how we think, feel, act, and relate.

Through the body, we can reconnect with our inner wisdom, intuition, and feminine magic. Today I help women reclaim that magic, shedding masks and conditioning, finding confidence and courage, and stepping into the power of who they truly are.
