Nafissa Norris
INCLUSION, SUPPORT & SOCIAL GROUP MANAGER
Nafissa Norris brings a wealth of experience from the entertainment and media sectors, including film servicing, content production, and creative studios. At Conscious Advertising Network (CAN), she drives member engagement, thought leadership, peer learning, and strategic communications for a coalition of 190+ organisations working to ensure effective advertising works for everyone, promoting information integrity, transparency and social responsibility in the industry.
Outside of CAN, Nafissa is a co-opted school governor, mental health Companion for ImNotOK, a mentor with MEFA, member of WACL's FUTURES Network, and a founding member of Pregnant Then Screwed. In 2025, she co-led Bloom in Colour and was awarded Inclusion Group Leader of the Year at the inaugural Bloom Awards.
Currently, as part of the Senior Leadership Team, Nafissa currently serving as Inclusion, Support & Social Group Manager for Bloom UK’s 2025/26 cohort and continues her commitment to creating more inclusive communities from an intersectional lens.
Nafissa also enjoys being a super-connector, having a laugh, anything film-related, travelling, stationary, biscuits, and being a mama!

Britt Sarony
BLOOM ND CO-LEAD
Britt Sarony is a freelance ideas whizz- creative solutions expert - and, Neurodiversity & Age consultant, trainer & speaker with an Ad agency background who blends lateral and strategic thinking, instinctive creativity and sharp insight to unlock untapped potential by helping businesses as well as people (especially midlife women and ND’s)to find their ‘treasure’ and grow. Diagnosed ADHD 2019 – also when joined Bloom.

Jennifer Elworthy
BLOOM WOMEN’S HEALTH CO-LEAD
Jen Elworthy is a Career and Fertility Coach, and Director of Engagement for Fertility Matters at Work. As a Certified Professional Coach and Emotions Coaching Practitioner, she combines her own lived experience of miscarriage, ectopic pregnancies and IVF with professional expertise to help people navigate fertility challenges whilst building successful careers.
Drawing on her C-Suite level leadership background and training through The Marketing Academy, The Living Leader course and News UK's management programme, Jen brings a unique strategic perspective to supporting individuals and partnering with organisations.
Highly Commended for both Best Fertility Coach and Best Fertility Advocate in the European Fertility Society Awards 2025, Jen also fronts the Stylist and Tommy's Every Loss Counts campaign. She's committed to ensuring that fertility challenges don't derail careers - and that workplaces become places where people can be truly supported through life's most challenging moments.

Excelling in building and nurturing high-performing marketing functions by fostering a culture of empowerment and trust, Ingrid’s expertise includes brand strategy, customer lifecycle management, digital marketing, product marketing, and data analytics. Ingrid is actively engaged in mentoring programs.

Allie is an insight, strategy and data expert with over 20 years’ experience working for some of the best-known media companies in the UK and Australia. Her expertise lies in designing data and research programmes to deliver extensive and robust consumer understanding, and translating this insight into targeted actionable strategic, media and marketing planning.
Allie’s career has been defined by a consistent commitment to excellence, a depth of expertise and a proved track record of delivering tangible and impactful solutions. Her work exemplifies the invaluable relationship between data-driven insights and strategic vision.

Nathalie Service
BLOOM PARENTS & CARERS CO-LEAD
Nathalie Service is an accomplished marketing leader with over two decades of experience spanning retail and travel. She began her career with leading UK brands such as John Lewis, Waitrose, and Marks & Spencer, before moving into the travel sector in 2016. At Club Med, she led marketing across Northern Europe, doubling the UK business through a transformative digital strategy.
Currently, Nathalie serves as Director of Destination Marketing for Continental Europe at Hilton, where she drives regional visibility and digital performance across the hotel portfolio. She is known for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and ability to deliver measurable impact.
A graduate in Business and Marketing from Paris, with a CIM postgraduate diploma and a Marketing Week Mini MBA in Marketing, Nathalie is also a passionate mentor and advocate for women’s career development, working with several mentoring schemes and an active member of Hilton’s Women Team Member Resource Group. She lives in South London with her husband and two daughters.

Adele Lewis Bridgeman

Adele is an award-winning Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist with local and global experience having previously worked at LBG Media Group, The Marketing Store and WPP Media. In her former role as Founder of Responsible Resourcing Agency (RRA), Adele designed and executed Recruitment, HR Consultancy and L&D programmes for clients within the advertising and media industries.
As a Founding Member of WPP Media's first group-level inclusion committee, Adele's experience spans creating ERG's, rolling out DE&I best practises backed by people-policies, and working with diversity partners on multiple business revenue streams.

Lynne Jarrett
BLOOM IN COLOUR CO-LEAD
Lynne brings more than 15 years of strategic expertise in audience, data and insight strategy, translating complexity into clarity across brand, agency and media owner environments. Her work consistently shapes how organisations approach investment, engagement and sustainable growth.
Now in her second year as Co-Lead of Bloom in Colour, she helps create a space where authenticity thrives and the community is celebrated. Her involvement stems from a passion for giving the community a voice, enabling connections and fostering an environment where people can bring their authentic selves. That same drive informs her wider industry work from mentoring (Bloom, Lollipop, Media for All and Network for Black Women Leaders) to speaking at AWE 2025 on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion sustainability.
Her commitment to equity extends beyond community leadership. As an IPA & Campaign 2024 iList Honouree she has been recognised for her work in advancing equitable practices in media. Her contributions include serving as data integrity lead for WPP's ground-breaking Consumer Equality Equation study, which revealed consumer equity as a £700BN+ growth opportunity - repositioning inclusion from a "nice-to-have" to a business imperative. She has also chaired her agency's Inclusive Planning initiative, embedding equity into strategic frameworks and championing research that gives underrepresented audiences the visibility they deserve.
Guided by the belief that equity is about doing the right thing, Lynne champions approaches that unlock better decisions and better outcomes in work, community and life.

Alongside her strategy work, she works as a certified Executive Coach, specialising in helping people navigate inflexion points in their careers and personal lives, focusing on cognitive restructuring, building resilience & growth mindset work.

Charlotte May

Charlotte coaches people in marketing and comms to stop second-guessing themselves, overcome self-doubt and feel more confident at work. Particularly when they've been promoted, started new roles, or are stepping into leadership for the first time.
Having spent over 10 years working in media agencies as a Strategy Director on brands such as IKEA, Compare the Market, and Sainsbury’s, she knows how brilliant and challenging this industry can be.
Early in her career, Charlotte reached burnout. She was constantly seeking validation from others and her self-belief was at rock bottom. Rebuilding her confidence from scratch took years as she was doing it alone. That's why she launched her coaching company Your Future Space, to help others rebuild their confidence faster with the right tools & support.

After 15 years at advertising royalty like Mother, W+K, and R/GA, Julie spent 7.5 years inside Meta's Creative Shop teaching brands excellence across multiple verticals. Now she's launched Republic of Imagination, a craft-led social agency championing social media creator-makers and revolutionising creative standards.
A proud disability advocate navigating unreliable legs, chronic illnesses and ADHD, Julie supports disabled advertising professionals while over-sharing on socials her solo motherhood and rural living journey. Beyond raising 5-year-old Betsy and running a historic retreat centre, she's earned BIMA Top 100 recognition, judged D&AD, collected a Cannes Lion, and brings unvarnished enthusiasm and honesty to everything she does.
