Welcome to Bloom: Beyond the Bubble and Into our Community
We are genuinely delighted to welcome our new and returning members to Bloom, and it was a pleasure to meet so many of them at our first Bloom social event of the year. This space, this community, exists because of people like you — inclusive, real, driven, kind, fun, and committed to supporting and lifting one another.
Bloom is more than a network. We’re a movement — a collective of women in communications who believe in the power of collaboration over competition. We're here to drive positive change, to champion equity, and to ensure that every voice is not only heard but valued. And we do that through mentorship, allyship, activism, and of course, connection.
Beyond The Bubble
This year our focus is Beyond the Bubble.
It’s all about continuing to nourish our Bloom bubble by providing that community, but going beyond that and pushing:
Beyond our personal bubbles: We encourage each other and ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones to push beyond what we thought possible.
Beyond our Bloom bubble: To take our ideas, ambition, drive & passion beyond the ‘walls’ of Bloom to future-proof women’s careers in our industry together with allies.
To our returning members — thank you for coming back and continuing to help this community grow and allowing us to go beyond the bubble. You are the backbone of Bloom, and your ongoing presence and support have helped shape what we are today. You show what’s possible when women come together with purpose.
And to our new members — welcome! We’re so excited to get to know you. Our advice? Bloom is a safe space, so push yourself outside of your comfort zone, beyond your personal bubble, and get stuck in. Join the Inclusion Groups, sign up to a coaching session, come to an event and talk to someone new. Ask questions, share stories, and know that you belong here — exactly as you are.
This year, we have an incredible line-up of activities, initiatives, and events planned. But more than the events themselves, it’s the energy you bring, the connections you make, and the ideas you share that will make this year truly special.
So, let’s celebrate where we are and where we’re heading. Let’s raise a glass to new friendships, renewed energy, and the kind of supportive sisterhood that makes real change possible. Thank you for being part of Bloom. Let’s have some fun!
