Lead with Authenticity
This session is for people who want to lead in a way that feels like them, not falling into corporate stereotypes or changing who they are. Whether you’re new to leadership or have been doing this for a while, this session will give you the space to reflect on your approach and how you want to show up as a leader.
We will explore:
● What it looks like when you are not leading with authenticity
● How you can bring your personality, experience and values to your leadership
● Share current challenges on this topic and receive support and advice from the group

How much?
Only £10. This a special Bloom group rate negotiated for these sessions. 50% of ticket sales will go to our charity partner Women’s Aid so not only will you be gaining from the session, but so will Women’s Aid.
