Moving from being one of the team to being the boss can be a tough transition. The relationship dynamics shift, you’re faced with new responsibilities and it can be difficult to get the balance right.
In this session, we will explore:
● The challenges and benefits of moving from teammate to boss
● Practical tips for a smooth transition
● Share experiences and challenges to support each other as a group

How much?
Only £10. This a special Bloom group rate negotiated for these sessions. 50% of ticket sales will go to our charity partner Women’s Aid so not only will you be gaining from the session, but so will Women’s Aid.
